Announcing Maxon's Express Parts Ordering Service

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CALIF. (June 20, 2005) - Maxon is pleased to announce its all new Express Parts Ordering Service. The new phone service was established for customers who call into Customer Support to place routine orders for parts. Customers can now call (800) 227-4116 to leave detailed parts orders at newly created extension x4345. Messages will be retrieved hourly and customers will receive a follow-up confirmation for every order submitted.

"Our new phone service will help eliminate wait periods for customers calling in routine parts orders," says Dale Trzeciak, Director of Customer Support. "In support of our customers' requests, Maxon now offers three order placement methods: live customer service, website and express phone service. We strive to respond to our customer's input about overall customer support. This is one of the many reasons for our continued success in the liftgate industry," says Trzeciak.
